Ms. Rhonda Harper's minimum upfront, non-refundable fee is $15,000. Her hourly rate is $750 for all work. Non-working travel time is billed at $375 per hour.
A non-refundable five hour retainer for a deposition and/or three hour retainer for a trial plus estimated travel time is due 21 days prior to the event. If the event is canceled or rescheduled for any reason, the fees are not refundable and cannot be applied to a rescheduled date. Ms. Harper travels business class with travel costs paid upon receipt.
Should the party in the case change law firms during litigation, the new firm will be required to engage in a separate letter of agreement and pay the initial, non-refundable fee for Ms. Harper.
Intellectual property infringement and misleading advertising survey fees range between $35,000 - $60,000 plus the estimated sample cost. The fees and costs depend on the type and format of survey, number and types of stimuli, complexity of analysis, and universe incidence rates. Once the scope of work is established, a flat fee will be provided.
One half of the fixed fee plus the cost of the sample is nonrefundable and due upfront. This payment is for the questionnaire design, programming, fielding, and oral top line results. Based on the survey findings, the client may or may not request a written report for the remaining fee which is due prior to delivery of the report. Ms. Harper requires four to six weeks to complete a survey and report. If the timeline is less than four weeks, a survey may be completed for a rush fee.
Rebuttals to marketing, business, and consumer survey reports range between $25,000 - $40,000. The specific flat fee depends on the complexity of the rebuttal required. A minimum of two weeks is required to complete the rebuttal report or rush charges may apply.
Marketing and business reports (e.g., branding, product launch, marketing plans, licensing, trade areas, retail strategies, consumer strategies, etc.) generally range from $35,000 - $150,000 and require four or more weeks to complete.
